We are a team of fashion lovers, we sell new-with-tags luxury goods, all discounted from retail.Specializing in only the world’s most exclusive brands, we find the best designer goods and allow our customers to shop them affordably. Our goal is to provide both a superior customer experience and tremendous value for our customers.
Shipping & Delivery
We do our best to get your order to you quickly! Generally your purchase is shipped within 1-3 business days. All orders ship from our warehouse from Monday through Friday (we do not ship or deliver on weekends).
We offer Standard International Shipping and EMS Shipping, and we will include tracking number, and it will take 10-18 Business days to deliver.
International Buyers
Delivery is guaranteed to USA, Canada, Singapore , Australia and New Zealand. Please allow 10-18 days for your order to arrive. Please be aware that EMS from China does not guarantee shipping time so some packages may take longer than normal to arrive. Especially during holiday season. But they will all show up. If your shipment is lost or seized we will reship it once at our expense. Please allow up to 45 days for shipping company to verify the status of the package. Our service ends after the second shipment.
Buyers from other countries (namely European countries, South American countries, African countries, etc) , please be advised that we do not guarantee custom clearance. If package was seized/destroyed by your local custom, or if you were asked to pay custom duty, we can not refund you or credit you . If you need us to reship the package again , You will have to pay for your order again , We'll use the best shipping service available at the time of shipping. Or we can use any shipping service you specify.
Your country’s Customs Office and Post Office may take several more days to process your package after it arrives . It is the buyer’s responsibility to keep track of the where abouts of your package, and ensure that you or your designate is present to receive the delivery from your post office when it arrives. We are not responsible for the delay in the final delivery of the package to you. Customs duties, taxes and other charges that may be collected at destination country are not part of the shipping cost, but the responsibility of the buyer. All being said, once your package is out of our door, it is out of our hands and there is not much we can do to help. Please understand that this is not an easy decision for us to make. Please ensure that you are aware of what these charges are before making your purchase.
Payment Policy
We accept payment by PayPal or Credit Cards (through PayPal).All orders will be processed and completed only upon receipt of payment.Placing an item in the shopping cart alone does not prevent another buyer from purchasing the item as long as you have not made your payment.
Return And Refund Policy
We will return or replace the bag if damaged.We do not refund if you simply change your mind about an order, the color or style. We encourage you to consult our customer service to make sure you make the right choice when ordering a specific style or color! We are very reasonable with our clients, and know that a returning clients is better than a client that purchases only once to be disappointed and this helps with our success as a company!
Contact us within 5 days of receipt of your item. All returned items must be in the original condition as sold and any dustbags, straps or other items must be included with the returned item. Please note any shipping costs paid when your order was placed are not eligible for refund or merchandise credit. All exchanges are final. An email message is required for a return and a prompt response to your message will be given. The item being returned must be in the same condition as it was received. A refund will be issued only after the returned item is received in the same condition. Please mark the parcel as “return merchandise or goods” upon shipping. Under most circumstances return-shipping cost is the buyers responsibility.
At LUXEBOUTIQ, we believe that the buying process is not complete until the customer is satisfied enough to recommend us and our products to their friends and family. We offer a comprehensive return policy that improves your satisfaction. We accept returns for exchange or store credit for the following reasons:

In order to process and receive a store credit or exchange you must:
1) Contact us before you return any merchandise. We will not do full credit if we were not notified first. After we received your email, we will forward a return address and RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization number). We will not accept returns without a RMA #. We will not accept orders that are returned to sender (shipping company). Buyer is responsible to prove to us the damage/error. Please take clear pictures under day light so we understand exactly what the problem is. We took what we do seriously and and we would never walk away from our responsibilities.
2) Your order must be returned, at your own expense, within 7 days of receiving the product, in unused condition, and with all tags/plastic wrappings attached) to the return address we specified. Items without all original tags/wrappings, cards, will be deducted a 15% restocking fee. Please ship the package within 7 days after the RMA was issued. We reserve our right to refuse return if you took longer than 7 days to arrange return shipment. Or a reasonable amount of restocking fee may apply. Factories we work with have a very small window to allow return or exchange, so help us speed up the return process please. Keep contact with us and check your emails regularly after you file your return request. We start counting those 7 days after the RMA issued, not the day you read our email.
3) Provide us with a tracking number so we can track online the returned merchandise. Please purchase insurance for the return package in case of lose or damage. If you did not do so and package was lost, we can not help you any further.
4) Please note any shipping costs paid when your order was placed are NOT eligible for refund or merchandise credit.
Everything being said, even though we do hope you respect the policies, we understand there are different situations that might not included in our policies. We are reasonable and responsible people and we genuinely appreciate everyone that trusted us with your hard earn money. And we go far to keep everybody happy. So if you have any problems with your order, simply email us and we'll do our best to take care of you. You can always get a response from us within 24 hours.
